What we did
Design & Packaging
We designed a new brand image and incorporated it onto luxury packaging
Our first task with Charles Porter was to design a new corporate identity that delivered the client’s vision of a luxury, private members club that was understated (unlike its brash competitors). Throughout the design process, we produced various colour schemes and sourced specific imagery that would complement each palette and help deliver key messages.
We then designed and sourced luxury packaging and stationery to update the club’s 5,000 members on the new corporate identity and introduce them to the member portal.
Mobile-friendly brochure website to deliver a new company image
We built a brochure website for the client that was mobile-friendly and focused on delivering key marketing messages (which we often find get overlooked or overcomplicated). We suggested offering two types of club memberships and worked with the client to create these and implement these into a new website.
Private portal granting members access to exclusive club privileges
As part of the company’s new marketing plan, which we helped develop, we built a private member portal, the main purpose of which was to deliver the company’s exclusive club privileges directly to its members online and at any time of the day.
Depending on the membership type, each member had access to varying club privileges and features. Once logged in, members can activate privileges and instantly take advantage of the discounts and offers. Each member was assigned an account manager who they would be able to contact privately within the portal. The product was built to seamlessly integrate into Charles Porter’s call centre, which handled all member inquiries. It is also integrated into the business’s CRM & SRM systems to create new members and update existing members.
