To build the online store for Raise & Replenish, we chose WooCommerce as the e-commerce platform. The website features all of our best and most up-to-date WooCommerce customisations including a bespoke My Account and Customer Care area. Over the years, most websites have overlooked these, so we wanted to go the extra mile to maximise these pages for Raise & Replenish customers. We also implemented the new and improved WooCommerce Blocks cart and checkout, which introduces a much improved mobile version. In addition to these, customisations were also made to the checkout process, such as an order confirmation page, and sign-up process. Overall, our goal was to initially consult and guide the client on how best to build an online store for their startup brand. Ultimately, we set out to create a user-friendly, mobile-responsive online store that would offer a seamless shopping experience for Raise & Replenish’s customers.
Payment options that the modern customer expects
For the Raise & Replenish e-commerce website, we integrated several payment options into the checkout process to provide a seamless and secure payment experience for customers. We integrated Stripe, which is a popular payment gateway that offers fast and secure payment processing. Stripe supports several payment methods, including credit and debit cards, as well as popular digital wallets like Apple Pay. In addition to Stripe, we also integrated other payment options, such as PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay. PayPal is a widely used payment gateway that allows customers to make payments using their PayPal accounts, while Klarna and Clearpay offer buy now, pay later options. By offering multiple payment options, we were able to cater to a wide range of customers and provide a frictionless checkout experience, ultimately resulting in increased conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
On-going technical support & hosting
At the completion of the project, we provided Raise & Replenish with ongoing technical support and super-fast hosting services to ensure that the website remains fully functional and fast. Our technical support includes addressing any technical issues that may arise, such as broken links, page errors, or plugin updates. We also offer regular site backups, security updates, and performance optimisation to ensure that the website remains secure and fast. Additionally, our super-fast hosting services ensure that the website’s pages load quickly, providing customers with a smooth and speedy browsing experience.
