Using our very latest and feature-packed e-commerce framework, we were able to deliver a modern and cool online store for this young business owner. Rocca is a haven of designer women’s and men’s clothing with a smart-casual contemporary floor and a beautiful selection of dresses and evening gowns. It’s located in Harrogate’s exclusive shopping area, the Montpellier Quarter.
As ever with an E-commerce site we prioritised making it mobile-friendly from the ground up. Over half of all online fashion transactions are made via a mobile device and that number is growing by the day. That is why it is imperative to create sites that load quickly, and look great on mobile.
When it comes to checkout, Apple Pay and Klarna are the focal points for the modern online shopper. Klarna was a great choice for Rocca because it allowed shoppers to spread the cost of an order, whereas Apple Pay enabled iOS users to checkout in a few clicks.
When it comes to customer loyalty, Rocca wanted to be as generous as possible which is why we implemented a customer loyalty programme into the website. Upon each purchase, a customer would receive 5% back in points which can be redeemed against future purchases. This also expanded the boutique’s marketing efforts as it meant they could promote offers such as “double points on a certain brand”.
