A new digital eco-system to achieve global ambitions

Swimzi is an ambitious global swimming brand but before us, their digital eco-system was not capable of selling their products on the world stage. We worked with the brand to develop two online stores capable of selling worldwide. The sales from these stores are then managed through an international fulfillment system. We helped facilitate and onboard this new fulfillment system which has enabled the brand to reach its global ambitions.

Responsive, international, and multi-currency online store for their retail products

The main retail website helps to facilitate orders from their main product base and are all sold on the international stage. Various currency options and international shipping zones are set up and additional admin options give them the ability to create country-specific promotions. This has helped boost the locality of the brand. Country-specific landing pages are also set up to help promote products more suited to its customers in other countries.

A second online store for their team wear products which comes with built-in Club Shops

Swimzi sells team wear products to local and international swimming clubs all over the world. The online store we developed for this area of the business enables the brand to instruct each club and its members to use a special link to access their own Club Shop, personalise their products, and check out all within a specific selling timeframe to meet the brands manufacturing requirements. In the backend, shop managers can open and close club shops to help facilitate these selling timeframes. Products can be easily added to each club shop and important customer data collected via the import/export features. Other backend options included the ability to promote club-specific messages, and club-specific shipping methods.

Improved time management

We deployed our signature BANKS approach, as we do with all projects, to create an omnichannel system that was easy to manage with mundane tasks now being completely streamlined to not only speed up tasks but to save time to be better spent elsewhere, such as selling. Purpose-built backend admin panels help push content to all of the websites while sophisticated import/export systems help to facilitate adding new products and exporting key customer data.

What They Said

“Working with Banks Digital has helped us to achieve our global ambitions. Since we first contacted them in 2018, they’ve been a proactive and critical partner in helping us to achieve these goals. As with anything in e-commerce, things never stop evolving. Without Banks Digital, we wouldn’t be able to meet the ever-evolving wants and needs of the modern online consumer. I can’t recommend them enough!”
