Mobile-ready microsite displaying the clubs new brand image
Our microsite was built to function independently from the main club website. This meant we had to mimic the main website’s header and footer so that navigating between the two websites was hardly noticeable. The design of the website followed the club’s new brand image of which we created from the guidelines provided. The finished product adapts to all handheld devices, was uploaded to a subdomain, and linked to from the main club website for fans to access.

Secure order form with integration into Stripe and Dropbox
The main function of the microsite was to include an order form. This allowed fans to securely pay for their order as well as upload their photo. Restrictions were placed on the upload function to ensure uploaded photos were of a good enough quality for when the giant crowd mosaic was printed. We made this easy for fans by placing tips throughout the order process. All payments were integrated into the club’s Stripe account and photos from successful orders were automatically sent to Dropbox for the club to screen the photos. Our order form had a content management system (CMS) built onto the back of it to help us manage all aspects of the order form including entries and transactions.

Helping the brand connect with its members
In addition to the requirements set out in the initial project, in typical BANKS fashion, we were able to add extra value to the rest of the football club. We were involved in the build of a second microsite that helped the club promote competitions to its members, also known as the MyGERS. Each competition would enable members to place their entries, and export features enabled the club to gain access to these entries and pick the winners.
